It is a great place to get your groove back and I'm doing the nutrition plan , been on it for 3 weeks I've lost 6.5 lbs. and feel great , eating better , so happy that my friend told me about them , ( Fran Yoo ), great group of Doctors & nurse Proffessional's that lessons and explains everything to you . I highly recommend them , I go to the one in Hendersonville , it's about a 45 min . Drive for me but it's all worth it and it's a great drive , beautiful scenery .
I love Blue Sky MD.I have been going 10 weeks and have lost28.8 lbs. The recipes you get are great. I made Califlower Fried Rice for supper. It was very good and feeling. 1 cup has98 calories and only 9carbs. Ask for new recipes. I love making new dishes. This diet is great and I have almost been able to cut out my insulin.
