The service lived up to the high standards we'd experienced in previous dealings with Bluebird. The client is very pleased with the quality of attention she is receiving in assisting with her personal care, including the application of moisturising cream to parts of her body that she cannot reach.

Bluebird Care (Croydon) provided us with a fantastic service. My father's health problems meant that we had to increase his care needs at very short notice. The manager and her colleagues in the office were very helpful and efficient. All the carers were excellent. I definitely recommend this company.

Most of the girls have been very good at all times. I really liked a particular lady for the last 3 or more years but she left at the beginning of this month so now two ladies who come to me are good, except one wears very long nails. I don't mind but maybe not professional.
Although the price for care goes up early, I hope the carers are rewarded. They are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some are especially good but all are willing to learn. I have used Bluebird Care since 2014 and I could not manage without them.

My husband's carer was a lovely woman and took very good care of him whilst I was able to get on with thing's or enjoy a much-needed break.
Carers are all nice people and interact well with their clients. Sometimes too much and we run out of time to complete some tasks. Very good at handling recycling and rubbish. Would like them to do more in tidying the kitchen instead of leaving it all to me. Again this is a question of timing/focussing.

I have always found Bluebird staff to be reliable and very professional in the services they provide. It is important to build a strong trust with those caring for loved family members and this is certainly the case with Bluebird. The carers are reliable and thorough in their duties and have become friends to my Aunt. The level of care is extremely good and is much appreciated by the family.
