I cannot commend the Bluebird Care Croydon team highly enough. From my first call asking if they could help, through the care planning and on through the care visits everything has been handled with compassion, professionalism and understanding. Everyone we have been involved with through the journey has been a great ambassador for their team and gone the extra mile to make sure that my mum has received the very best care and attention. Well done Bluebird!

Although I was not used to a daily visit Bluebird Care worked out quite well while my daughter was away in Australia for 10 weeks. My carer was cheerful and encouraging and did several small household jobs for me ie. help with laundry, hoovering, recycling waste.

I have had a live-in carer for 1 year. I am completely satisfied and I am being well looked after. I am 101 years old and am happy with the arrangement. Everyone at the office has always been courteous, friendly and helpful.

All aspects of care are very good and we are very satisfied. Staff seem to have stabilised and this makes a lot of difference to our father who responds much better when visited by regular staff who he knows.
