I have always found Bluebird staff to be reliable and very professional in the services they provide. It is important to build a strong trust with those caring for loved family members and this is certainly the case with Bluebird. From my first call asking if they could help, through the care planning and on through the care visits everything has been handled with compassion, professionalism and understanding. Everyone we have been involved with through the journey has been a great ambassador for their team and gone the extra mile to make sure that my mum has received the very best care and attention. Always helpful and friendly and on time, have formed a good relationship nothing too much trouble.
Although I was not used to a daily visit Bluebird Care worked out quite well while my daughter was away in Australia for 10 weeks. My carer was cheerful and encouraging and did several small household jobs for me ie. help with laundry, hoovering, recycling waste.
I have had a live-in carer for 1 year. I am completely satisfied and I am being well looked after. I am 101 years old and am happy with the arrangement. Everyone at the office has always been courteous, friendly and helpful.
Carer demonstrates her work experience and is caring, very patient and understanding to the client. Also very friendly and always happy when speaking to the client.
