We have used Bluebird care for my mother in law for approximately 2 and a half years. The care they have provided has been excellent. The senior team and office staff are very helpful and in fact the care manager was instrumental in persuading mom in law to accept that she needed help at home when she was very resistant to it. If there is a problem the senior team are very approachable and they will do their best to accommodate any requests. After using another provider and receiving extremely poor care for my mom I decided to move to Bluebird. I was in contact with Jak and though feeling skeptical at first, this turned out to be the best decision I made. From the start Bluebird were professional, with Jak visiting my mom and arranging a care plan. They managed to get something set up within a few weeks and then add another call at short notice. My father reports that the carers are well mannered, pleasant and engage in constructive conversation. They are well trained and polite and do a range of jobs to help him in the house. Jak has been amazing at ensuring, as a family, we are fully aware of the procedures and paperwork and is constructive in replying to emails. The communication we have via the portal is also very welcome as with distance between myself and my father means that I am reassured as to his care. Would highly recommend Bluebird.

A care agency who really do care not only for my Dad but my Mom aswell. Thank you to all the team for being friendly, patient and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone in need of care.

A big thank you to the Team at Bluebird Care Dudley. As a relative navigating choosing a care provider and making decisions for a relative can at times be overwhelming and a responsibility. From the off set Manager Jak was super helpful ,his response to an initial enquiry was prompt and professional .He has a real ' can do' attitude and instantly puts you at ease. Since my Dad returned from hospital in 2022 following a stroke, our level of support has been nothing short of exceptional. I need help with my husband to get him up in the morning. He has good days and bad days. We have a regular carer from Bluebird. She is wonderful. She washes him and helps him to dress, brush his teeth and brings him downstairs on his stairlift. She shaves him while I prepare his breakfast. She is such a great support, advises me on what he needs to improve his care. I wish I had got support sooner. I am impressed with the way the provision of care from Bluebird was so easy to arrange. It is very individualised care.

We contacted Bluebird because we need help with some of the jobs around the house e.g. changing the bed. We decided to go with a carer rather than a cleaner as I am beginning to suffer from arthritis and will probably need some personal care at some point, and wanted to get used to having a carer. The service is wonderful. The carer is always on time and always does what I ask. The work is done excellently and the carer is always smiling and friendly. We look forward to our visit every week.
