Bluebird Care cared for my sister who is disabled and has dementia. The whole team do a magnificent job. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything I asked for was provided. Every team member is kind, compassionate, reliable and professional. I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave to my sister and to me over the past few years. I hope they know how appreciated they are and what a valuable job they do. You all can be very proud of the service you provide. Thank you so much

From the very first contact with the staff at Bluebird Care, I was made to feel at ease and given confidence in my mother's support in retaining her independence at such a difficult time. The professional and caring input has really helped.

Mom was very reluctant to agree to carers in the home but since Bluebird carers have been supporting her she looks forward to their visits and praises them constantly. I love the way they make her tea in the morning - just the way she likes it, it’s the simple things that really matter and they really do care.

I could not fault the kindness, consideration and professionalism of the carer. Highly recommend. The carer was so supportive, and care was arranged very quickly for us. A big thank you to all concerned.

I have reviewed the wonderful Bluebird Care Company before, but have to add a comment about their recent reaction to our changing needs. Following advice from carers who have called recently, and been concerned for my husband's welfare, I asked if the time of his calls could be altered. This is going to happen immediately, and we quite simply cannot thank the carers and the admin team enough. The new timings will make a huge difference to my husband's well-being. During the Christmas period my brother, who is normally the main carer for my father contracted Covid and was unable to provide our father with his care needs. At short notice over the holiday period the field supervisor arranged support for my father. At this stressful time Bluebird Carers ensured my father ate hot meals and made him hot drinks. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the field supervisor and all the carers who helped and supported my father at this time.

The service received from the carers for our elderly mother who has dementia is very good. They have been able to assist with the routine requested admirably. Any "tweaks" in the service they provide or "one-off" requests have been undertaken. Carers also give feedback on any potential health issues. Administration is very good, invoices are always correct, timetables delivered in advance and any alterations in service are advised in advance. As new carers join us, if they are not already vaccinated, they will be signed up as soon as possible. I have been using Bluebird Care now for around a year and I took great care in choosing a provider due to the failings of another care company. I have to say that Bluebird provide an exceptionally brilliant service. All of the care staff and office staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. Bluebird have been supporting my Mum over the last couple of years and she has always been satisfied with the care that she has received. My Mum is extremely vulnerable and therefore feels happier when she has familiar faces and staff entering her home - especially during an evening. She realises this can sometimes be difficult having a consistency of staff to care for her, and appreciates this when possible.
