Bluebird Care are very well organised and send the schedule of who is calling and when. They regularly review the service with myself and my father. They have contacted me when they have noticed something that needs sorting out. The carers are professional, patient, hardworking and always courteous and kind. My sister and I are absolutely delighted to know that our father is being looked after so well and with such respect and kindness.

I have only praise for the team at Bluebird. I believe the staff are representative of their management who we find amazing and professional in all aspects. We use Bluebird services remotely for my mother in the UK and there is never a lapse in communication between myself in Australia and the office team and carers. I have high praise for the app which allows me to view details of the services provided daily and the condition of Mum's health and well being. After a replacement hip, I required help for a few weeks until my mobility enabled me to get back to normality. Thanks to the wonderful care and assistance from Bluebird Care workers who cared for me just half an hour morning and evening for just a few weeks, I am now fully recovered and driving again. The care workers will do anything you ask them to do with a smile. Thank you, ladies.

I would highly recommend this care provider, both for their care and administration. The care plan was actioned in less than 24 hours, which was extremely helpful as I live some distance from my parents.
