All staff arrived promptly at the time arranged. All were cheerful, polite, meticulously clean and professional in their care. I cannot recommend Bluebird care highly enough. They proved to be utterly reliable and treated my husband so kindly and afforded him every dignity.

Very helpful when changing visits after road works. From January to February 2022. All carers are very helpful and make mums day with their friendly visits.

The care staff who have attended my mother since November 2021 are very caring, kind, considerate and always willing to do any extra tasks. My mother now really looks forward to the visits as she has some company and always feels safe and reassured. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by the office staff including enquiries by email or phone. I can highly recommend Bluebird as a care company.

My mother has been receiving care from Bluebird since Sep 21. Although initially reluctant to have home care, mum now feels very happy with her twice daily visits and particularly looks forward to seeing her main carer, who is personable, caring, efficient and with an eye for detail.
