I have found Bluebird Care to be efficient, caring and helpful, both for myself and previously for my husband before he passed away.

From the first day of having Bluebird Care for my husband, I was able to relax and leave him, knowing he was safe in their hands. This is so important for a full-time carer, to be able to have this time out and let someone else take over for a time. Bluebird Care is always punctual, and treat both my husband and I with respect and care.

My parents were very happy with the carers who helped them. They were unaccustomed to care at home but the staff were confident, competent and caring. I was very reassured as I don't live locally. The office staff were friendly and patient.

After visiting my aunt in April after not being allowed to see her for such a long time, I could not believe how well she looked. She is receiving care from Bluebird and they have clearly done an amazing job at getting her back to baseline and her being able to be independent in her own home again. I saw one of the care workers while I was here and was delighted to see the correct use of PPE and how professional they looked.

On the first contact with Bluebird, they were very helpful, friendly and great listeners. They went out of their way to fit my mum into their busy timetable. My mum was adamant she did not want carers but has accepted Bluebird really well. All credit to the carers. Thank you.

The office staff went above and beyond to organise additional care for my mother when she needed it and to make everything work. Very professional. Highly recommended. Staff are caring and compassionate, and it is very reassuring to know my mother is so well cared for.

Very pleased with the service as are my parents. Bluebird use carers who are very sympathetic and aware of my parent's needs. Initially, my parents were not convinced about care of this type, but they now look forward to the daily visit. The back up service from the office team is also excellent, when there have been emergencies both ladies keep me aware of what is going on.
