The care for my brother has been excellent. He has a brain injury and his carer is proactive and was quickly on his wavelength.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with all tasks and treat me with respect. But also let me be independent when I want to be.

I require assistance getting in and out of my care and arrival to work and departure. Few companies could offer this assistance and most only worked until 4am. Bluebird have been a life line and have helped me keep my job by taking in this service for me. All the Bluebird carers are friendly and patient.

My mum has regular care from Bluebird and is very happy with the carers who visit her. She is not very mobile and the carers treat her with dignity and compassion. She feels very comfortable and safe in their hands.
