Generally happy with services provided. Will feel happier when permanent carer arrives to replace ongoing carer. Otherwise, we jog along the best we can.

All the team are wonderful and so kind to my mum. Bluebird have been nothing but professional and kind throughout everything. It feels like a wholesome and good business and I see this in the communications and newsletters they send out too. They put on an excellent bash for the Queen's Jubilee in the summer where I saw first-hand the love and care they apply to the people they care for.

I am very happy with my Bluebird team who are just lovely to me and so helpful, always do all they can to help me if I only remember to ask them.

I have always been satisfied with the staff, care, meals which you provide and would recommend your care anytime and also the staff and office staff.

Absolutely brilliant people at Bluebird. They make this grumpy fella a very happy man with their care and kindness. They all make time for you and nothing seems too much whether it's those in the office or my usual carers. We have a giggle and I do look forward to seeing them, such a good bunch.

I feel very comfortable with my current carers. I can think of nothing else to say without going into finer detail. If there were a complaint it's so trivial it's not worth bothering about.

I can’t fault the team at Bluebird, they are on top of everything with my Mum’s care. They contact me regularly to let me know me how things are going and what they have been doing to support Mum. Mum has quite complex health needs and they work so well with the Nurses involved and have arranged for Occupational Therapists to assess her which resulted in Mum getting better equipment to help her get around at home.
