Bluebird are miles ahead in terms of quality of care than other care companies we’ve used. They are professional, competent and it’s obvious from every person I have spoken to in the team that they are kind and generous people. I couldn’t cope with everything when I was caring for Dad on my own but since Bluebird have been involved, I’ve got my life and my relationship back with Dad. From starting with Bluebird their admin and information have been excellent both from their local office and all the friendly caring staff who help me at home. I look forward to their visits and appreciate their care for me at home. They are top dollar in cost but as always you get the best if you pay for it and they are the best in this field in my experience. I haven't yet met the franchise holder but would like to leave especially my thanks to all the friendly folk at Horsforth Leeds. Well done guys 11 out of 10!

All the care workers that have been to look after me are all so kind. They will do anything for me and nothing is too much for them. They are chatty and that is what I like. They only have kind words to say and I look forward to seeing them each morning. You were recommended to us and you are the best.

Such thoughtful, kind and caring staff. My dad has loved the cards and little parcels of goodies that have been sent out. He felt special on his birthday after receiving a card. He also particularly loved his Easter and Spring parcel with seeds for planting; naming his seedings after his regular carers. This has been a great comfort to our family to see that our dad is being looked after by such a caring team that know him! He’s happy and we are too! Well done Bluebird xxx

Bluebird has been very professional throughout all our dealings and has been able to provide the level of care that my mum needed. They have been able to accommodate last-minute changes and being extremely flexible in their approach to my mum's situation.

Bluebird continues to deliver outstanding care to my father and have not let the pandemic phase them at all. My father and I have been kept well informed with updates about the pandemic and his care team are always smart, clean and in full protective equipment. The team at their office continue to be kind, organised and professional and our family will use Bluebird for as long as we can.

Impeccable service, knowledgeable team, each one with a heart of gold. They provide care for my vulnerable aunt and she couldn't be happier now. She went into a care home but didn't settle well due to the strict routines that didn't suit her. Bluebird Care helped to bring her back home where she wants to be and the difference in her is remarkable. Bluebird helped by putting us in touch with an Occupational Therapist who recommended equipment to help my aunt get around her house safely. She's happy and alert now and looks for... read more

My carers do everything I need so I can stay at home. They help with my medicine and getting up and about. My life was miserable before my Bluebirds started helping me. I've got my life back and it means so much. I had other care companies before and they used to come late all the time but my Bluebird carers come to my house when it suits me which is so much better. We always have a laugh too it's great.
