My experience of Bluebird is often very frustrating for example ringing the office and promises of a call back that never happens. The amount of carers within a week has sometimes been as many as 9, this problem is very unsettling for Mam who is 98. The Director helped sort this problem, it is better but still not 100%. I had to get in touch with him as the coordinator and manager did not listen to my anxiety and stress over this problem.

We have employed Bluebird carers for the past few months and are very impressed with the calibre of staff. Without fail they have all been friendly, caring, compassionate and skilled and we would highly recommend the service to other users.

Overall I feel the care provided for my husband has been excellent. All the carers have been sensitive to my husband's needs, skilled in handling skills when transferring him from wheelchair to bed etc and very useful to me by teaching me how to use hoists and suggesting how to cope with my husband's needs such as skincare. I also find the carers are very supportive to me when my role is particularly stressful.

My mum-in-law and dad-in-law needed Bluebird Home Care for a number of years. The care staff were in my opinion the best. Thank you. I for one would use Bluebird too, if my health needs were needed. Great care great team. You are amazing carers.

Bluebird Care have been incredible thanks to them Dad can stay at home with Mam. I don't live near my parents and the peace of mind I get having Bluebird involved is priceless. Due to my dad's condition, his needs can change very quickly and every time this has happened Bluebird have responded when I have requested further help immediately without hesitation. I can’t thank Bluebird Care enough for the care they are providing for my Grandparents. The carers are friendly, respectful and so caring. They go above and beyond. I’m so glad that we chose them. They were great from the first visit we had but even more so during this difficult time when we can’t be there as often. I love that they learnt my Grandads routine and always make sure he has his cornet after his lunch. Little things like that make all the difference.
