My review is from the November & December 2025. 2 months. All carers are helpful prompt careful and kind. No complaints at all. They are professional people.
I am delighted with the help I have received from the carers Their help has made a massive difference to my daily life They are professional polite and very caring They are eager to please and will do any job required They are very capable and hard working I Would certainly recommend them to any one who needs help Thank you it is a pleasure to have them in my home
Overall my husband feels he is well supported by Bluebird Care. The staff are generally friendly, courteous and professional and seek out ways to ensure his comfort and dignity.
My grandmother and grandfather were both looked after by bluebird Pontypridd due to the both of them having Dementia. The carers were great, proffesional and knowledgable with them bothe even when my grandmother was very difficult.
My uncle has dementia and all the carers are dementia experts and know exactly how to handle him. All the girls are amazing, we couldn't do this without them.
The care provided to my parents has been excellent from June 2024 to date. The two carers who provide the care are brilliant and I feel assured at all times that my parents are safe and well cared for. My dad's only complaint is that he sometimes feels communication from management is lacking.
The carers at Bluebird have looked after my mother with care, love and empathy. Nothing is too much trouble and even when pushed for time if my mother looks sad they will turn around and give her a hug. They have made such a huge difference to my mothers wellbeing and she has nothing but praise and affection for them all. Her conversation always includes the carers and says most days how she could never cope without them.
After having other care companies I was very impressed with the care provided by Bluebird Care. They are professional, supportive and have improved my sisters quality of life. The management team are approachable and very efficient. Thank you Bluebirds.
I have been caring for both my parents and working full time for a while now. It was a hard decision but I reached out for help. I phoned a few providers but didn't look any further than Bluebird as they were so helpful, friendly, supportive and professional from the first contact right the way though. The care delivered is excellent and I feel confident and safe having Bluebird support my parents. Cannot praise them enough and highly recommend.
