The service provided has been excellent. My dad likes all the carers who come to see him. I like that if a new carer starts, a familiar carer comes as well and introduces them. The app that they provide is excellent, with a daily update, once the carer has clocked out.

Carers and office staff were all very supportive and helpful. During very bad weather in January, I did expect carers to have difficulty and possibly miss some calls, but in spite of living at the top of a very steep hill and ice and snow making it very hazardous, we had all our usual calls. Carers left their cars at the bottom of the hill and walked up to us when suitable transport was not available.

After searching for a carer for my husband for quite a long time, I found Bluebird Care. They were an answer to my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They always arrive on time and are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and besides treating my husband really well, they are always ready to listen to my woes. I am really glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

My mother has been cared for by Bluebird Care Pontypridd for several months now and I am pleased to say that I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided. The carers are very considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have built up an excellent rapport with my mother and are very knowledgeable with regard to her needs. From the moment the manager came out to see myself and my dad to discuss his needs and care plan, I felt that Bluebird were the right company to provide the care required. All the carers have been great with my dad who gets quite confused but they all deal with him very sympathetically. Having used Bluebird for a little over a month I have found they have been most accommodating and the carers have been very kind and friendly to my mum who has dementia. Following a fall one of the carers stayed on the floor with her for almost 2 hours keeping her comfortable whilst awaiting the ambulance. All the carers are lovely and the management is very approachable and understanding. I would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird to care for your loved one.

I have recently used Bluebird Care for my elderly mother whilst I was on holiday. As her main carer, this was the first time we had used a carers service and was very apprehensive.
