My mother has been cared for by Bluebird Care Pontypridd for several months now and I am pleased to say that I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided. The carers are very considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have built up an excellent rapport with my mother and are very knowledgeable with regard to her needs. I would recommend Bluebird Care without reservation and cannot fault their commitment and professionalism in terms of management and carers alike. Thank you, Bluebird.

From the moment the manager came out to see myself and my dad to discuss his needs and care plan, I felt that Bluebird were the right company to provide the care required. All the carers have been great with my dad who gets quite confused but they all deal with him very sympathetically. Having used Bluebird for a little over a month I have found they have been most accommodating and the carers have been very kind and friendly to my mum who has dementia. Following a fall one of the carers stayed on the floor with her for almost 2 hours keeping her comfortable whilst awaiting the ambulance. All the carers are lovely and the management is very approachable and understanding. I would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird to care for your loved one.

I have recently used Bluebird Care for my elderly mother whilst I was on holiday. As her main carer, this was the first time we had used a carers service and was very apprehensive. We had an amazing respite service from Bluebird Care Pontypridd. They placed a live-in carer for my grandmother while we went on holiday. They quoted a very reasonable price and were responsive and professional from initial enquiry through to the final handover when we got home. They handled everything while we were away, including liaising with her GP when it unexpectedly became necessary, and my grandmother even asked their carer to move in permanently! Mum has said to me on many occasions that she feels so lucky having Bluebird looking after her needs, as she says, "all her girls are fabulous, she can't fault any of them. She does have her favourites but says they are all fantastic. They have made her time so much more than it would have been. I have been given the confidence to know that Bluebird carers carry out care to a high standard they are, polite and friendly and was quick to adapt to situations that many carers would find distressing. They are professional accommodating transparent and any concerns are dealt with quickly. It is easy to see that the carers are managed by competent caring and empathetic managers and are always happy to work with families to ensure the best outcome for their clients. I am very happy with the service.

I am the very first customer of Bluebird Care in Pontypridd. The manager, came out and met with me and wrote up a care plan about me and my needs. And they have never failed to deliver what they promised. If I need to make any changes the manager comes back out and writes them down and then makes those adjustments for me.
