We had an amazing respite service from Bluebird Care Pontypridd. They placed a live-in carer for my grandmother while we went on holiday. They quoted a very reasonable price and were responsive and professional from initial enquiry through to the final handover when we got home. They handled everything while we were away, including liaising with her GP when it unexpectedly became necessary, and my grandmother even asked their carer to move in permanently! Mum has said to me on many occasions that she feels so lucky having Bluebird looking after her needs, as she says, "all her girls are fabulous, she can't fault any of them. She does have her favourites but says they are all fantastic. They have made her time so much more than it would have been. I have been given the confidence to know that Bluebird carers carry out care to a high standard they are, polite and friendly and was quick to adapt to situations that many carers would find distressing. They are professional accommodating transparent and any concerns are dealt with quickly. It is easy to see that the carers are managed by competent caring and empathetic managers and are always happy to work with families to ensure the best outcome for their clients. I am very happy with the service.

I am the very first customer of Bluebird Care in Pontypridd. The manager, came out and met with me and wrote up a care plan about me and my needs. And they have never failed to deliver what they promised. If I need to make any changes the manager comes back out and writes them down and then makes those adjustments for me. I contacted Bluebird Care on behalf of my mother in November of 2021 a care plan was put in place very quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough. The few times that I have spoken on the phone or face to face they have been very professional.
