We were very lucky to receive outstanding care from the Bluebird Care Pontypridd team at such a difficult time. When we needed them at such urgency, the admin team made sure we had someone that night at such short notice. The love, care and passion they showed towards the service user was phenomenal and we really couldn't have wished for a better team to care for them, especially the last weeks of life. Excellent care received from all the Bluebird Care staff. Very responsive and willing. I don't hesitate to recommend this agency who are looking after my parents. They are very responsive when I need to increase visits in the short term when my parents need extra help and the companionship offered by all the carers is exceptional.
The service provided by Bluebird Care has been excellent in all respects. With Bluebird's advice and assistance, the worrying and stressful process of moving my Father from a Care Home back to his own home has been made seamless. Bluebird Care cares for my mother-in-law and during the last two months, my husband has been very ill, Bluebird has really supported myself and my mother-in-law in making sure she is okay whilst I can't be there as I normally am. From the very first meeting, I knew we were dealing with a professional, well-organised and caring team, both in the office and in the community.
