When it became time for mom to need more support to remain in her home we checked the available providers Bluebird stood out as being the most caring provider. The bluebird app makes it easy to communicate with Bluebird and the Exceptional leadership team of Kayleigh and Nicole are always ready to react to any changes required in the care provided Most of the carers lived locally and never failed to provide the care needed Mom loved her chats with her carers and made friends with many of them. Can't thank the Bluebird team enough for the care given to my Grandad. It's a huge comfort to know he is treated like family and given the respect and dignity he deserves. His regular carer is punctual, reliable and so caring. We were always notified of any concerns immediately. 5 stars all round, thank you all so much x

Excellent staff threw out providing great care an understanding of my nans needs an requirements i can see a visable different in my nan shes more happier in herself since bluebird started caring for her

Bluebird care were engaged to care for my dad who's mobility and frailty gradually got worse from the summer of 25. Everything was explained from day one and the girls who came to him every day were always very caring and personable and respectful towards Dad and nothing was ever any trouble. If there was any issue appearing overnight at the morning visit, there was never any issue with staying for extra time whilst the medical side was sorted out etc. Palliative care was in place for the the final two weeks and again that p... read more

From day one we knew my Aunie was in safe hands. Bluebird have given first class care, going above and beyond with excellent care and guidance throughout. The staff and carers are excellent, not only for my Auntie but for the family also. I have no hesitation at all recommending Bluebird. Thank you all for your support.
The service we recieve from Blubird Care, helps us to keep our Mom in her own home, knowing that she is well looked after. The ladies who visit her regularly have a good idea of how to chat and interact with her. The management staff are always extremely helpful and will accommodate any changes we feel necessary. A wonderful team of carers who supported our step father right up to the end of his life. Could not fault any of the care team. Each and every carer was amazing with our step father. Me and my family are so truly greatful for all the hard work and time spent looking after our loved one.
