We have been using Bluebird Care for nearly a year and are delighted with the care they provide. Always reliable and very flexible, which we have found invaluable as Dad's care needs continue to change. It is extremely well managed, and there is always someone available to speak to at any time, day or night. We particularly like their app, which provides customer plans, schedules and notes after every care call, keeping us fully informed. Bluebird are a highly organised and professional team who are a credit to their profession. My mum was treated with the utmost respect and care over the 2 years she was looked after. These lovely ladies became an extended part of our family and genuinely 'cared' for my mum even through the most difficult of times, going above and beyond on countless occasions. The team at Bluebird are amazing (very personable, caring, professional and experienced). At the beginning of June, I did not know where or how to get help. Living outside the area, I needed to find a company I could trust. The team has provided much-needed support for my relatives, particularly around hospital appointments, organising home appointments /medication and helping with shopping. I am very happy with the Bluebird Care agency. They are very patient, understanding and accommodating when it comes to caring for my brother. They do their utmost to help and go the extra mile. I recommend the agency and their staff with no hesitation.
