I had Bluebird Care for my father who sadly passed away in January. We had them for 6 years and they never let us down always on time and went beyond and above in their care. The office staff were always so kind and caring and so accomadating if you needed to make any changes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Since starting my care package with Bluebird Care agency I have had exceptional care. I met with Kayleigh, care coordinator pre commencement and she was able, straight away to reassure me and plan for my care on a daily basis. Each of the carers that I have met have been brilliant. My experience of Bluebird is one of feeling safe and cared for at all times. I feel able to talk freely with the majority of the carers who display an awareness of my physical needs as well as an interest in my emotional well being. This feels important as there are days when I don't receive any visitors and therefore look forward to the girls coming 4 times a day. Bluebird Care have been caring for my Dad since January this year. Having used other service providers who were good I just can't believe the difference with Bluebird Care. They make me feel every part of my Dads journey. From the moment I enquired, to the care he is now receiving enables me to relax and know that he is in caring hands. I find their service to be top rating. The staff and by extension the business do an excellent job. The carers are empathetic and also provide a very professional service. They cater for all of my dad's needs and are also prepared to go the extra mile at short notice. I would recommend this business to others. Definitely value for money and provide excellent quality of care. They are very approachable.
