I cannot thank this care agency enough for the wonderful support they provided for mum and myself. All the team were warm, respectful and genuinely caring. They treated mum with dignity and went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and happy every day. Lots of laughter during visits were lovely to hear. The team communicated brilliantly with us keeping us updated and checking in to see there was anything extra needed. They exceeded our expectations in every way. All the carers and the office staff have been absolutely brilliant. Very supportive, helpful and altogether professional service. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. My Dad started off 5 years ago requiring care twice a day and all the carers were brilliant, arrived on time and carried out the caring duties in such a respectful manner. Then 3 years ago Dads needs changed and he required 24 hour care. Bluebird sourced two carers to care and live with Dad on 4 week shifts. They have been brilliant enabling Dad to l... read more

I cannot express enough how kind, helpful and supportive all the employees of this care service are. They are always at the end of a phone at any time. All the carers I've met have all been friendly and respectful.

All the carers and office staff are brilliant! I cannot recommend this company high enough. My mother had a fall and needed carers in to help her. They were able to help immediately and we were introduced to the carers that my mum would be having which gave peace of mind. I am very particular and I had a long list of how to look after mum. The carers were able to accommodate all of my mothers needs and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient but importantly very caring and took their time getting to know mum too. I can't thank "Bluebird" enough for the support & care they give to my mum. They alert me if any problems occur & support me if I need to inform a medical team about my mum. I have used other agencies but "Bluebird" are far more involved & understanding of the needs of my mum and provides me with the support I need; I have never had that before. Thank you to everyone at "Bluebird".

Bluebird provide great care for my uncle. The staff are friendly and attentive to my uncle and treat him with the greatest respect. The office staff are good with communication, letting me know when things need to be addressed. They are approachable and accommodating and available all the time.

Bluebird was already attending a lady in the block of flats where my mother-in-law was a resident. I spoke to her and her daughter about the company and she gave a glowing report so I contacted them and arranged for carers to start at really short notice. My mother-in-law was discharged from hospital on 22nd October and carers started on 23rd October. The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. My sisters and I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you all for everything you all did for Mum.
