The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. My sisters and I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you all for everything you all did for Mum.

Bluebird Care carers cared for Mum, enabling her to remain at home until the end of her life. The carers were kind, friendly and treated Mum with dignity and respect. Support was also given to the family through a very difficult time. Management was always available and gave invaluable support and advice, particularly regarding other services able to help in our situation. Bluebird carers and management gave an excellent service. Bluebird Care looked after both my mum and dad over a period of five years, in these years, Bluebird did an outstanding job and I feel they went above and beyond, caring and befriending both my parents and myself. Bluebird was completely reliable and communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend all the team at the Letchworth office.
