Bluebird Care looked after both my mum and dad over a period of five years, in these years, Bluebird did an outstanding job and I feel they went above and beyond, caring and befriending both my parents and myself. Bluebird was completely reliable and communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend all the team at the Letchworth office.

The care in this company comes straight down from the top, to and through the carers to all customers and also their families. All carers treat us with care, compassion, dignity, respect and understanding and have become like our wider family and friends. They enable us to stay in our own home, increasing our quality of life enormously; a prize without measure! Bluebird provided excellent care for Mum before she passed. I had no hesitation on asking them to provide care for Dad. The care they give is amazing. They treat Dad with great dignity and respect and take the time to actually get to know him as a person. As Bluebird did with Mum, they are guiding us though as a family, so Dad can be as happy, comfortable and safe as possible. Their support to us as a family is second to none. I trust them implicitly.

Bluebird Care have supported my mother and in turn us for over a year. The individual carers show genuine care and concern, obviously, understand my mother as an individual person with her little quirks and have made us feel that she is in good hands.
