Bluebird was already attending a lady in the block of flats where my mother-in-law was a resident. I spoke to her and her daughter about the company and she gave a glowing report so I contacted them and arranged for carers to start at really short notice. My mother-in-law was discharged from hospital on 22nd October and carers started on 23rd October. The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. Bluebird Care carers cared for Mum, enabling her to remain at home until the end of her life. The carers were kind, friendly and treated Mum with dignity and respect. Support was also given to the family through a very difficult time. Management was always available and gave invaluable support and advice, particularly regarding other services able to help in our situation. Bluebird carers and management gave an excellent service. We have found the carers from Bluebird are all kind, helpful, and conscientious and do their jobs with smiling faces. Waking my husband gently if he has had a bad night and is still asleep when they call. We are both grateful and very happy with all the services provided.
