Could not fault the care and support provided to my mother-in-law and family members. Everyone was polite, friendly, thoughtful and respectful. Suggestions and help were given with supplying any additional equipment needed to ensure high-quality of care could be given. Thank you all.

From the initial contact with the administration team in the office, to the follow-up support provided by the carers on the death of our father, Bluebird excelled. Our father required a live-in carer and four additional carers to help with his additional needs. Every carer showed not only great professionalism and expertise but understanding, compassion, kindness and love. My sister and I are indebted to them all and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bluebird provided excellent care for my mother during the last six months of her life. The carers were very kind and thoughtful, and there was always helpful support from the office. Bluebird went to great lengths to provide extra help when needed and assist in dealing with other healthcare providers. I cannot fault the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird.

Bluebird have been caring for our mum for the past 2-3months. In this time they have provided an excellent service. The carers that have visited our mum have been very professional but at the same time are caring, compassionate and friendly. Bluebird has been caring for my father since September 21. I find them very reliable and caring. We had some carers before who were awful. My father looks forward to his carer coming obviously her help but for her kindness and chats.

Bluebird care gave personal service to 3 members of my family firstly my mother-in-law for at least 3 years until she went into a nursing home. Then due to the excellent care she received, I asked Bluebird Care to help look after my father as he has dementia and deteriorated which helped my mother so very much, during that time the carers always checked my mother was ok and flagged up any concerns or worries to the family. Since my mum moved closer to us Bluebird has been fantastic. All the team are nice, friendly and caring. The care and support my mum has had in 6 weeks has totally changed her.
