The girls are all very friendly and helpful. I do have one complaint. I don't like my morning call before 8.30am but on some days recently, it has been between 8.18 and 8.20am and I feel pushed because of this.
The care I receive is very good as suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and limited from a very painful left should and arm. The office are always very helpful when I need to speak to them.
We were at our lowest point when Bluebird Care came into our lives/home to assist with the care of my mother-in-law. The changes they have made to her life, and ours, is immeasurable. They are all attentive, caring and supportive, of not just their client, but the whole family. They have allowed my mother-in-law to be herself again. Whenever I call with a problem or just a question, they deal with it immediately. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been amazing.

Mum has had an excellent service from Bluebird Care for four years now. Managers are easy to reach by phone and have dealt with any issues we have had promptly and efficiently. New staff always accompany Mum's carer on visits before they visit her alone. We know in advance who will be coming (weekly rota) and Mum has a small team of regular carers who she is very fond of. She enjoys their visits and the care they offer her.
Mum has been happy with the service. It is important for her that carers come early in the morning (7 am) so she can be ready for the day's events and this has mostly been achieved, which is excellent. The handover to new staff is a difficult time for Mum and is done very sensitively.
