The health carers from Bluebird treated my husband with loving care and dignity. His face broke into a big smile every time they came to our house. They would sing and laugh with him during the final weeks of his life. I am overwhelmingly grateful for the support they gave to me also. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Can get slightly confusing when staff are changed last minute and don't always receive rota's. Overall very friendly and reliable staff.
When problems are pointed out to the management they seem to resolve them. Not 100% but they are getting there slowly.
Bluebird has some great carers, whose care for mum was outstanding. Office staff are easily contacted and respond quickly to queries. I have been hugely disappointed, however, by their inability to find carers with the experience and empathy essential to working with somebody with Dementia. They provided a succession of unsuitable carers with little or no understanding of Dementia and then appeared to blame their failure on mum.
