I am very happy with Bluebird and all the carers. They really cheer me up when they come in. I am happy that can stay at home by having the carers four times a day.

Bluebird are very reliable and very friendly. They tried hard to ensure my mother-in-law has the same carers every day, where possible. They were easy to communicate with. They ensured COVID-safe visits and were generally, very punctual. My only complaint was that we were not always informed of issues when they occurred - possibly carers could write in the visits folder, if necessary (and not just on their tablets).

The service provided by Bluebird Care is excellent. My husband's needs and my own as his carer were carefully assessed with close attention to special requirements. Then a very small group of carers were allotted so that we can really get to know each other. My husband is treated with kindness, dignity and respect. He has settled down calmly to the caring routines and great trouble is taken to find stimulation for his amusement during my free time. I find it easy to ask for advice which is generously offered. We moved to use Bluebird care following a negative experience with another provider. Bluebird Care have acted in a professional and caring approach at all times and are a complete contrast to our previous care provider. Over a period of about 10-years, Bluebird provided the most dedicated professional yet friendly and cheerful care and support to my father. The care has always been sensitive and respective of Dads dignity and continued ability to make his own decisions. The staff have/had become surrogate "local" family to him. We/I will be forever grateful.

I am a new service user with Bluebird Care. Prior to receiving this care, I was struggling both physically and emotionally. The cares that visit me instantly lift my mood and positively change my outlook in my daily life. The care provided to me is bespoke to my needs and extremely professional. I look forward to the girls arriving.
I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at Bluebird Care. The fact that my strong-minded, previously very independent mother readily accepts the help of the daily carers is a testament in itself to the team who care for her and the manner in which they do it. The carers teat her with dignity and compassion without ever patronizing her, and she not only accepts their help but she also thoroughly enjoys their company each day.
