Since my parents, initially Mum, then both Mum and Dad; have been cared for by the excellent Bluebird team, I have been able to relax knowing they are safe and looked after. The carers quickly developed a rapport with my parents which enabled Mum and Dad to settle into a routine. All carers are extremely pleasant and polite. Punctuality is essential (as I have a bus to catch) and most carers are early, giving me a chance to chat for a minute (only 1 late this month - traffic problems).

I think overall the care I receive is very good indeed. On the odd occasion I get a bit annoyed when a carer calls who I am not expecting and I don't have a phone call explaining the change of carer.
All staff are neatly turned out in their outfits and do a good job with cheerfulness and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very willing with everything they do. We have been using Bluebird Care for about 3 years now and would recommend them to anyone who needs care.
After a hip replacement, I required assistance in taking a shower and getting dressed. All the carers who attended were punctual, experienced and very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would certainly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs care at home.

Bluebird Care was amazing at caring for my mother and supporting me during the time Mum spent at home and the girls' care of my Mum during the last few months and her last week went above and beyond. I would recommend them to care for anyone I know.
