This section was filled in when they called for the annual review yesterday, so I will just add more except to say, all the carers are very good and professional in every way. I couldn't wish for better treatment and I look forward to their daily visits.

My mother, being elderly, is cared for as soon as your staff come through the door. She warms to them as they are cheerful. They take the utmost care when showering her, dress and ready her for the day. I commend them on doing their job. All of the staff are polite in leaving the property.

My mum's main carer is an absolute gem. Mum enjoys the visits and it is very reassuring to see the excellent relationship that has developed. Having Bluebird staff visiting Mum every day means that I worry a lot less about Mum - it's particularly important at the moment when social interaction is minimised.

Bluebird Care has been amazing! I cannot thank them enough for making the transition from hospital to home so easy. This is exactly the reassurance and expertise we needed as me and my brother live so far away. I am so pleased with the care my father is receiving and the reason I know this is because the communication from the carers and company has been excellent. The care manager responded to my request so quickly and I was able to have some extra help as although I am independent with most things I still need some help.
Your staff are extremely friendly as soon as they enter my home. Their care and attention is wonderful and I feel very relaxed as they carry out their duties. May I say I am pleased all round.
I have only been with Bluebird for the past three months but in that short time, I have always found them very kind, efficient and helpful and always on time. I would definitely recommend Bluebird to my friends. Thank you.
