Right from the very beginning, a very positive experience. Telephone calls and meetings set up very promptly. Most impressed by the professionalism, training, friendliness and level of support from the staff. Nice to be able to talk to staff about problems and techniques. Care tailored to individual needs and schedules during visits.

My mother's carer has become part of our family. We enjoy time together eating meals and doing other lovely things together. My mother is very happy being cared for in her own home so that we can continue to enjoy each other's company in a familiar environment. We have two carers morning and evening from Bluebird Care. They get my wife up using a sling and hoist and transfer her to the living room, where she has a special lift up chair. They wash and dress her and get her breakfast and any other minor needs. The carers are very professional. They treat my wife extremely well and with care.
