This company Bluebird is incredible. Our mother 91 had the most brilliant time with Bluebird carers. Every day they enlivened her life, attended to her every need and most of all made her feel safe. When things got difficult and it became obvious that mum needed more nursing care they reassured her and one Bluebird carer stayed with her until 1.30 in the morning until the paramedics came. Can't express enough how grateful we are to the team at Bluebird Care (Westminster), from CEO to admin team and the wonderful carers. They should be very proud of the work they do. Bluebird has been caring for my Mother who has advanced dementia for the past two years, initially for daycare which then progressed to a full live-in package. The service has been essential in supporting my Mother and our families’ needs. The team has been excellent at looking after my neighbour. Often going beyond the normal requirements to find his favourite cereal or help with medical issues. I no longer have to worry about him so this is a huge weight off my shoulders.
