I've been caring for my mum since 2010 after her first stroke. During these 10 years, I've dealt with a few care agencies and I must say that Bluebird is on the top of the list!. Very professional, very efficient, friendly, kind, thorough and creative approach. Creative in a good sense, individual and considering. Each step of care is based on a very detailed assessment. My mum has a lot of health issues. Her carers were very good.

My carers are excellent, kind, thoughtful and intelligent, hard-working and motivating, does not need supervision. Makes a very good omelette.

Best home care provider in the Westminster Borough. My friend receives a very good service with the most friendly and caring staff. Their customer service manager is very skilled at delivering care in a person-centred way. Highly recommended.

Bluebird Care is respectful of its clients. It tries to find the best solutions and is quite flexible when it comes to practical arrangements. The carers are helpful. I feel supported by them and by the staff of the company.
