I found Bluebird to be extremely helpful when I made contact with them in mid-December to discuss the possibility of a live-in carer for my friend who was about to be discharged from hospital. The arrangements were made and worked very smoothly even though the discharge eventually happened late on Christmas Eve. Bluebird has provided outstanding care and support for our mother since 2018. Without their caring attention to her personal needs, health and well being, she would not have been able to remain in her own home to the age of 92. Over the years, as her requirements changed, they flexed and adapted to the changing brief, often at short notice. This company Bluebird is incredible. Our mother 91 had the most brilliant time with Bluebird carers. Every day they enlivened her life, attended to her every need and most of all made her feel safe. When things got difficult and it became obvious that mum needed more nursing care they reassured her and one Bluebird carer stayed with her until 1.30 in the morning until the paramedics came.
