Wonderful property! This is a beautiful spacious townhouse with lots of charm and comfort. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the sofa sleeper is in a separate living room downstairs that can be used as a 4th bedroom if desired. The patio is lovely and private. It is located on a residential street but it is only a 1/4 of a block away from a main village street with lots of places to eat and shop. The beach is a few blocks away. Great location. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Nice condo in a great location. Can walk to both the bay and the ocean. Many restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance.
Spectacular Ocean Front View Condo Property occupies entire 3rd floor. Two balconies faces the Ocean and 2 others have Ocean view. Excellent location at North Mission Beach on Ocean Front Walk. Safe and quiet during the night. Property has 3-4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, is spacious and can fit a total of 8 adults and 2 kids. Each bedroom including the living bedroom has its own HDTV. Weekend Wedding Destination- 1016 W. Briarfield, Mission Bay Very nice and comfortable place to stay, as per description. The house is well kept and the patio is very inviting for cookouts and small gathering. The location is perfect as it is close to both the bay and ocean.

Georgous home, quiet neighborhood, awesome pool and hot tub We stayed in this home for a week for fall break. Have two small kids and this house had everything that we needed. House is in quiet area, little street traffic, and comfortable neighborhood feel. House has upscale kitchen, bathrooms and awesome heated pool and jacuzzi area. Loved the washer and dryer on site. Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for an upscale home. Just a short 5 minute drive to beach and stores.
Fantastic house! This house is great for a group! It is centrally located to most everything you'd want to do while in San Diego. There is a great breakfast place right next door and easy to get to a grocery store if you want to stay in. I'll definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location Plenty to see and do in the area and all accessible within a short walk. Restaurants and shopping just blocks away and the beach is just a couple blocks away! Ocean views from the spacious upper balcony, a quiet courtyard for morning coffee or a shady afternoon break. Very clean and spacious. Stayed there with 5 friends for a girls getaway and had a great experience.
