Lovely and and comfortable place to stay. The home was clean, well appointed and accurately described. The grill did not work, and the mirrored closet door was off it's track. One of our group had a cell phone stolen off the table on the patio - so beware.
Location / convenience / nicely appointed rental Very nice property with modern amenities that is conveniently located to the bay AND the beach. I would stay there again for certain.
Great location for beach small house with odd layout Pros - nice house very close to mission beach, great sand toys for kids Cons Expensive odd layout with small side room upstairs with bunk beds for kids connected to bathroom with sky light that is not good for kids other bedroom downstairs directly between living room and stairs Have to pay extra to checkout after 10am
Absolute 10 !!!!! We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this vacation home was. It was emaculate. Up to date appliances and bathrooms. Very clean and not run down. We were half a block from the beach. The property management company was so nice to accommodate us with an early check in. They called us the day after we checked in to make sure we were satisfied or needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Worth every penny. !!
This place was absolutely amazing! This place was absolutely amazing! Walking distance from the beach. Bbq. Super cool backyard . Modern house on the inside with plenty of room for privacy. Lots of windows for fresh air. Garage parking. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend and will most definitely try to stay here again for future vacations.
A slice of paradise We loved the location and the cleanliness and the updates of the home. It had everything we needed and was done very cute. Loved it and would vacation to this property again!!
Nicely updated, but AC didn't work This property was great in size, cleanliness and decor, but we had specifically searched for a property with air conditioning and the units didn't work most of our stay. Being on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building made it very hot and stuffy. Also had work being done on the roof (starting at 7:00 am) which wasn't disclosed to us. Neighbors showed up the day before we left and we learned the walls are paper thin - could even hear their conversations. Their 3 dogs barking sounded like they... read more
Clean, great location, quiet We loved our stay here! Central to restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful time. I was worried about the noise level considering the property is on a busy street in a bustling area but it was very quiet. The A/C also came in very handy. The only drawbacks were the bed in the master (hard as a rock!) and the small outdoor space (very small patio).
The house was wonderful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and in a wonderful location for our older family. Kids have outgrown the beach a bit. The neighbors are less than friendly though & not at all happy with the rental program.. Other than that an absolute delightful trip!!
