Great condo near the beach in upscale La Jolla My husband and I celebrated my 50th birthday at Kai Vista. The proximity to windandsea beach was so close that we spent so much time there sunbathing and watching sunsets. The patio had a view of the ocean which was great for breakfast and happy hour. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to visit San Diego attractions. Torrey Pines State Reserve was close by for a scenic hike. Great location! This home is located within walking distance to the village shops and beach. Great to wake up early, walk to multiple coffee/breakfast places and the beach for gorgeous views! Famous tacos and surf shop right around the corner as well. Home was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and linens. Quaint courtyard right off the living room and kitchen areas gave home open feel perfect for our group. Great location Large 3 bedroom well appointed home with fabulous outdoor spaces to gather. I stayed here with 5 friends for a birthday celebration and we enjoyed the roomy gathering spaces, large kitchen and the luxury of not driving to all the villiage has to offer. Management company was professional, courteous and made our stay quite pleasant.
Incredible view and incredible house! My husband and I stayed in this house for a weeklong getaway and had an amazing time. It is a bike ride away from the beach but only a block walk to ocean. The views from the house are incredible. The amenities are wonderful including a walk in shower with two shower heads, jet tub, hot tub, pool and a grill. 3 condos rented. Perfect for our family reunion of 27 members of all ages. Have been renting these for years. Variety of sleeping arrangements, modern, famous Mission Beach boardwalk and beach right out your front door. Boogie boards, toys, beach towels, fire pit, barbecues all provided. 2- car garage each plus side parking for Ocean Front North 1 & 2. Fortuna was perfect for Adult Family Gathering enjoyed outdoor patio and outdoor shower was a plus. Home was comfortable and had a nice decor and a well equipped kitchen we were able to relax and enjoy our visit. I would definetly recommend and would rent again.
Great bayside location! Beautiful unit, nicely decorated, very comfortable for our family of 4, with an additional 4 dinner guests. Garage was unusable for parking- Toyota Camry was too long to be able to close the door. Bathtub in master bath also unusable due to peeling finish on the tub surface. Otherwise, everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is set up with the most basic cooking tools, but we mostly ate out so it wasn't a problem. Delightfully Cozy My best friend and I just spent a week at this cottage/location. It. Was. Perfect. We slept to the sound of ocean waves every night, awoke to an ocean view out the front room window every day, and were able to walk by the beach anytime. Lots of delicious food is available footsteps from the cottage, with Birch Aquarium a very short drive away. It was difficult to leave. I plan to return as much as possible.
Wonderful property in a great location We were able to have great days out and family time in the evening on the back patio. Perfect vacation!
