LOVED it! Great place. This is the upstairs unit. View of the ocean & sunsets is awesome. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Close to everything, can walk or Uber to anything you want in just a few minutes. Some minor updates would be nice...like a new mattress and rugs (just a little worn) but nothing that wouldn't be a simple fix. We had a great trip and will be back!

great location. great views. two families visiting. had a great time. excellent service from the management company. went for walks on the beach every morning and saw the sunset at least 3x in one week. that alone was worth the $$$. The beach is steps away. the property is showing signs of wear and tear - mostly on the outside. inside, it is well kept and clean. the kitchen had all amenities needed. the management company left set of towels and also basic toiletries and kitchen soap and dishwasher detergent. had plenty of be... read more

Wonderful house Great house and views. Was supposed to be a gift to my dad for all the family to be together but he passed away two weeks before. We went anyway and the rental company made sure everything was perfect, even gave us a card and flowers.

Loved it! Perfect for a big family...3 level house...each bedroom had a bathroom. Clean...clean...clean...huge garage that fit our mini van and mid size car. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach, especially with toddlers. The teens stayed in the bunk beds on the second level and my parents stayed on the ground floor...we enjoyed night's out the top deck with views of the beach and cooked out on the grill each evening....Can't wait to go back.
