Great for large family, love the location We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. The location between the ocean and the bay was amazing. We walked to the beaches every day. House was stocked and clean. Although there was not an indoor dining table, there was plenty of outside seating which we had already figured out from the pictures before we decided to rent. Our only difficulty was with parking. I'll be back! From the rooftop deck you can see both the ocean and the bay! There is a coffee shop, two markets, three "restaurants" and two bars less than a block away. Easy walking distance to Belmont Park. (my three year old made it easily). The house itself: beautiful! bedrooms are nice! lots of space! Kitchen is functional. Why I am not giving 5 stars, the kitchen didn't have any extras, no spices/seasoning there was a keurig on the counter so I went a bought k-cups from the market (for $14) and then the keurig didn't w... read more

Beautifully decorated, spacious living areas and very comfortable beds. Top bunk bed not suitable for weight so just take the mattress off and put on ground. Kids had a great time. Location is awesome! Boogie board out front and just to the left -can surfboard. Great for all

Beautiful house with some drawbacks We rented the house for two weeks, and would probably not do so again. With young children we were excited to do a beach vacation and soak up the fun. The next door neighbors smoked weed incessantly and made grilling or dining outside irritating. The owners have clearly renovated the house beautifully, but the management company could do a better job with upkeep on the exterior, it was kind of a mess and in need of some TLC. Close to beach! Everything was great , a few things we loved. * location was fanastic, just a few steps from the beach, shops, grocery, food, etc. * the house was spacious enough for our group of 8 *3 updated, very nice, big bathrooms!!! *washer/dryer worked great! * A/C awesome, ceiling fans * Nice TV's *the garage is gated! *the property access is gated! *kitchen was fully equipped with everything, toaster, blender, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. We definately would consider staying again! Fantastic home in an incredible place! This location has it all! We were 15 minutes or less from everything! We walked to some of the most incredible eateries because there are so many and so close! We decided to hit the beach for a day of surfing and found rental shops that were fully equipped and wonderful to work with!
