Family vacation I had read a few of the reviews prior to booking this rental. So I kind of anticipated the garage issue we may have. The morning of us leaving to head to SD I received a call advising us that they had not had a chance to get the carpets cleaned and that the two bedrooms had some issues with the carpets from wet feet from the beach. The property is beautiful and the location is superb. There are very few creature comforts. Wonderful condo for a family vacation and location can’t be beat. Few creature comforts like no throw rugs, no tissues... it is a beach front condo and the floors are cement or tile so you feel every grain of sand on the floors. I could find no vacuum cleaner. All metal in the condo a rusting, kitchen faucet and closet hardware... The place could use a deep cleaning and the master shower needs to have some of the grout deep cleaned. O... read more
Property was very clean and comfortable. Management granted us early access since one of us had hurt his back and need a place to lie down. Very much appreciated.

Amazing location right by the beach This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo was amazing. Pacific Beach is a few hundred hards away. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The dedicated parking spots were perfect.
Great property perfect location The house was really nice in a great location. I will definitely book this property again.

Couldn't have been better. Great location, updated interior with nice finishes. Spacious and plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Well equipped. The air conditioning was great. Very quiet inside at night even with the occasional boisterous group on the boardwalk late night (especially on the weekend). Very well thought out space and design for a beach front home. Very convenient to shopping, Crystal Pier, and eateries (nice walking distance), but far enough away from the pier and the south end of the end... read more

Perfect location, lovely home My family stayed in this property for 10 days. The location was amazing - perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, Belmont Park, ice cream, and more. We left our shoes on the patio and walked barefoot across the boardwalk right onto the sand. Having a home this close to the beach makes it SO easy with kids - snacks and a restroom are less than 50 feet away. Plus, no sand in the car!
