Being 2 blocks from the beach. check. rooftop patio with ocean view and breezes. double check. 2 separate units with separate entrances, weird room layout, pretty rough neighborhood. almost check. Worth the money and VERY responsive and helpful staff, but you're not signing up for La Jolla....
Outstanding location, comfy beds, everything we needed to feel at home. Though the description of the home does state no AC, the house gets very little cross ventilation with open windows. The home was 84 degrees when we checked in, and hovered around 80 at all times. If this doesn’t bother you, it’s a great home in a great location, right off the boardwalk, with easy access to the stunning sunsets. With all windows open however, it does get pretty loud late night with traffic & people having a good time. Easy check in/out.

The view is the obvious star of this home but this cannot be overstated - it was simply amazing. My group spent mornings and evenings taking it all in while sitting poolside. The rest of the house was great and as pictured in the photos.

We can’t say enough about this place. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything but still on a fairly quiet stretch of the beach/boardwalk. Loads of restaurants (both take-away and dine-in) in easy walking distance. The condo itself has everything you need, from the front parking space to the fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds with plenty of towels and linens. Great communication also. I had a problem with the door code and someone came within minutes to help. Highly recommend

The view at the top of the place is so nice! The sunsets were incredible and it accommodates large parties well. Beautiful place would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay. The place is beautiful with great views and very large place to accommodate many people.
This home was amazingly beautiful. It was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in, and the views were unreal. We all felt right at home, and can’t wait to go back there! Actually, none of us wanted to leave!!
