Great Location and amenities! We were traveling with 3 kids and we loved the location at the south end of Mission Beach. It's a little more quiet and still provides easy walkable access to the Belmont Park area. Unit was in great shape and the service we received before and after was nice. We had neighbors using the unit below and didn't have a single issue the whole week. It was as advertised and we would go back in the future!
Great place for the family Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children stayed in this beach house. It was very clean, had absolutely everything we needed for our weeks stay, but the best part was the location. We walked to the beach and around to the bay every day. We were very close to Sea World and a short drive to the Wild Animal Park. At night we made smores on the beach and watched the ocean waves. Nice house and view but we did not like the location The house is really nice and the view is very nice but the location it is in is a bit run down. We were disappointed with the surrounding area since we were thinking we could walk to quality restaurants and things to do but we could not find one nice place to eat with children. We ended up going off everyday to different areas to enjoy our stay. The noise level from the upstairs rental was awful. Perfect Location We stayed here over Spring Break last week! The house is spacious! It is a older home but mixed with new appliances! It was perfect! The kids loved having the pool! The days we were in La Jolla the weather was foggy on the beach, so the kids swam a lot! It really is the BEST location! We loved it. The construction next door starts every morning at 8am during the week..that is the only reason I didn't give the house the best possible rating. I do recommend it!

Overjoyed with this vacation find! We took our family to the Sand and Surf home in Mission Bay/Beach - and we could not have asked for more. The house was steps from the beach and also a perfect little coffee shop where we started each morning with delicious coffee, breakfast sandwiches and acai bowls (my daughter's favorite!). Great Unit, Perfect Location, Attentive Staff Second time staying in this building. If you are looking for a centralized location in Pacific Beach, it's a stone's throw to nearly all of the best eating, shopping, night life. It's across the street from the beach, has secure parking, and the unit itself is spacious and updated. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. Would recommend highly.
Outstanding accommodations!! Amazing stay all around! Accommodations and staff were wonderful. Family of 7 with plenty of Room and facilities for everyone.
Lovely upgrades to an old bungalow. Very aesthetically pleasing Furnishings are a little "tired" considering the price. Bed is past its prime. Plumbing in the tub/shower is also on its way out. Very difficult to turn on hot water and shower will not stay on (slips out of shower function)
wonderful location, nice setup and great deck we had a great few days of vacation love the location and the house it was perfect for our kids
