Great location, great home, perfect for a family vacation. I was worried about the lack of parking but there is a free parking area about two minute walk from home. No surprises no issues, everything was as advertised! Would definitely do it again.
The House is very close to the beach, a small grocery store, coffee shop and a few restaurants within 2 blocks. Excellent location. The only negative was the parking-it was very difficult to park a Chevy Tahoe in the designated driveway. For a regular size car it is great. I would certainly recommend the Deal Court property-my family of 6 had a total blast.
We had a great time here! The house was modern, clean, kid friendly, and perfect for several generations spending time together! Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to see the sunrise and the sunset was unbelievable. The kitchen was well stalked, bathrooms were immaculate, and the common area was open and simply gorgeous. The view had one piece that was annoying which was that the public bathrooms to the beach are literally in front of the house across the street. Wohnung schön, herrliche Aussicht, Scheiben verschmutzt, wurde innerhalb eines Tages repariert. Geruch der Wohnung irgendwie salzig. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sauber, Küche gut, dachterrasse hat großen Vorbau und entsprechend Strand und Promendade nicht einsehbar aber umgekehrt natürlich auch nicht. Prei Leistung okay. Würden wieder kommen

Had a maintenance issue and Bluewater was onsite within 20 minutes to fix. At every turn there was good communication and great service. This property is beautiful and right next to walking and loads of restaurants. Only word of warning is the garage is not built for XL SUV and street parking is busy on the weekends. Also, street parking 8-10a is prohibited (I got a $56 ticket one morning when I did not move the vehicle), but a smaller vehicle parked in the attached garage would not have this issue.
Absolutely loved the home. it was clean , spacious & in a perfect area right on Pacific Beach and close to all the main attractions! Would Definitely stay again!
