although expensive, the home is quite beautiful and the views are amazing. lots to do around the neighborhood and overall pretty good experience.
The place felt like home away from home. Great communication - there was a leak outside so the water was turned off, and even though we returned home at midnight to find out the water wasn’t turned back on, they came right away to assist us! It is a beautiful home in a fantastic area‼️‼️‼️ If I return to the area, I would definitely stay there again‼️‼️‼️ Thank you😊
Great location for a first stay in San Diego! Very close to many popular areas/attractions. We had a couple of service requests during the stay and they were quick to respond and act on them. Thanks for a great stay!
Lovely place. Great location. Comfortable place. Don’t use the fireplace, dangerous. Everything else was wonderful
Tolle Unterkunft für Familienaufenthalt. Wir waren 3 Parteien und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in PB kann nicht besser sein! Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand oder zur bay. Die Hosts haben schnell per Nachricht geantwortet und auch ein kleines welcome set bereit gestellt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pro: Bluewater was helpful with early check in and clear instructions. Cons: the basement two bedrooms had a noticeable mildew order, not pleasant, and the photos did not reveal that much of the living room and dining room furniture is worn. We paid a premium rental fee and although the location was good, we would not rent this house again.

The place was great just need more specifics about the parking area . It is accessible to many restaurants and nice view of the beach and the historic roller coaster at BellMont Park. It is adjacent to other beach area , boardwalks and always nice for long stretch walks , jogs or even running.
