The view, steps from the beach and location was absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to delicious restaurants and the beach daily. The beach bungalow was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Parking can be a little tricky but after one night you begin to understand trends and busy times.
The location was perfect because everything is walkable. Morning walks on the boardwalk were wonderful with the dogs. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is: 1) The photos show there is a backyard with grass and a fence but that’s not part of the unit; 2) They requested a dog fee after we booked and there was no information about this in the listing. We were very surprised about this and declined the dog fee.

The location was ideal! Super close to the beach. Unfortunately the home was not at all updated from the 1950’s. Mostly two pronged plugs, 1950’s oven that didn’t work 100%, old single paned front and side doors that had 1960 locks and handles, leaky windows, old floor lamp lighting, kitchen/dining table and chairs super wobbly and old, outdoor lighting insufficient for safety. Good location and very clean!
Comfortable home with well stocked kitchen, beautiful ocean views, great pool and hot tub, and great location.
We had such a great time in the home, it was even better than we expected! Close to shops and restaurants and the beach! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony over looking the water! Wish we could have stayed longer!
We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the ocean, walkable to Belmont park. Felt very safe and was quiet despite the busy nightlife surrounding the area. The host was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Easy to get to most places in the San Diego area. Very comfortable for the 7 of us (kids, niece and in-laws). Would highly recommend this place to others!!
