My salesman (jose) was very friendly and patient with me.My only issue was within 2weeks of having the x5 while on highway speed the steering wheel would shake if i would slow down or pump the brakes!at the same time the rear brake light sensor and tire pressure came on.I immediately called the dealer..and they were not as fast to return my calls (shall i say because to them it would not be considered a sale but more of a loss)since i know the brakes could not have been wear and tear within 2weeks they finally had me bring i... read more

the people in roxbury are great. although the price probably was not the best deal the service more than made up for it. This is my 6th BMW from roxbury and hope that BMW brings in more diesel engine cars to the U.S. a bmw 640xi gran coupe diesel will be perfect for my next purchase. Bring in at least a 535xi diesel
