My wife and I were in the hunt for a convertible and after visiting a couple diffrent dealerships we stopped by roxbury bmw. I came into Roxbury BMW with the intent to lease a 3 series as prices were low. I sat down with Mr. George Serrano to review my options. Mr. Serrano mentioned a special finance which brought me close to the numbers I would spend on a lease and since I put many miles in my car commuting.. I then reviewed all with Mr. Jemal Sutton, Manager at Roxbury and decided to purchase. I am happy with my new car and recommended this dealer to my sister who has since also purchased a car. I originally stopped by this dealership to purchase a new tail light bulb that had blown out on my BMW X5 and after a quick purchase and installation, my wife and I took a walk into the show room. I have been to this dealership numerous times and cannot say enough good things about it. We stumbled upon this BMW dealership while house hunting in the area last year and were treated so well that we now make a 1 hour + drive from Staten Island , NY to have our vehicle serviced there. I was a first time buyer and was specifically referred to Jamal Sutton...and for good reason! He treated me as if I were family and between him and Christian Graciano, they found the perfect car for me. Christian did a wonderful job from beginning to end explaining to me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was looking for and not once did he make me feel pressured to make a decision. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
This was our third BMW purchase from an Open Road dealership but the first purchase from the Roxbury location. As with some of the other reviews, we also had some unpleasant experiences with other dealerships. We recently ordered a new X5 and took delivery of it on March 23rd.
