the manager Duke Snyder was the reason why I purchase my car there this last November He was very helpfull through out the whole transaction and made the expierience of buying a car very pleasant. I wish there were more people like him in the car bussiness.

I was impressed by the friendly, courteous manner of Dave Welker. He is a very knowledgeable individual, who explained things clearly to me. He was very patient with me, and went out of his way to accomodate my time schedule. The service work that was performed met and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership. In the not too distant future, I will be looking to buy a new car, and this dealership will be first on my list to visit.

We found the certified pre-owned 3 series BMW we had been looking for for months at the Roxbury BMW dealership. From Baltimore, we drove 4 hours to the dealership after a week of communicating back and forth with Ray to make sure the car was a good fit for what we were looking for. I have gone to several dealerships before coming to Open Road of Roxbury. The dealership was very nice and clean. I met with George Serrano and I had explained in detail what I was looking for. We worked together to find the best fit for me. George was very knowledgeable but most importantly I never felt pressured. I love my new car and I would recomend Open Road of Roxbury AND George Serrano to all my friends & family.
I purchased my car at another BMW dealership, but I bring my car to Roxbury for service. It's not because it's closer to my home, I bring my car to Roxbury for the excellent service I receive there.
