"BMW Albany " Great sales team.Servive person ok maybe she was having a bad morning. Overall we are pleased with out BMW 530 and BMW Albany. Thank you.
"I needed a Repair and Jason was just great he handle it" Perviously the customer service was terrible, This was my first time dealing with Jason and he was awesome, Customer service was great. He provide a car while mine was being repaired, He took care all of the warranty work. Before Jason I was taking my car to Columbus to be service.
"Much better" In the past communication with the service department to make an appointment, notification that your was ready for pickup were non existence. This time communication was much better. Service was unchanged has always been great!

"Promises kept" The promises made to me by BMW Albany were kept. Mr. Davenport and Mr. Roy were awesome. Everything they said they would do was completed. Their definition of Detailing a car is slightly different from most, but they are ok with me.
