"Service " Great service and worked me in quickly!They were very good and took me in quickly to get my car serviced and corrected.I would bring my car back here again to have it serviced and maintenance performed.

"First BMW" Having never owned a BMW, I was a little nervous. Upon entering, I was greeted by Jody. He made me feel at ease. We began to talk and Jody wanted to know, what I was looking for. What I needed and what I wanted. Jody made the whole experience a delight. I haven't stopped grinning since the test drive. Thank you, Jody and BMW of Albany.
"Great Employees" Everyone I spoke to was very nice and efficient. They ensured that I could maximize on my purchased and followed up after a week to make sure I was still satisfied with the purchased. I would definitely purchased from them again in the future
"Brake service" Hours listed on internet was 7:30 although the phones were not answered until 8;00. Service rep was very helpful and delivered as promised.
"They were very courteous and helpful " The service was great and the technicians were knowledgeable about the job performed. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time.
"Great service and professionalism." Blake Wills is a very pleasant person to deal with along with Derek. Blake knows everything about the engineering of BMWs. Not pushy at all and want to please customers.
"Normal scheduled check up " Great service and customer service .The only problem is that I wish they had a vehicle I could have used for the day to run errands.
"Customer Service" The service I received was amazing! I came in to get air put in my tire...no appointment. I was greeted by Rob and I explained my situation to him. He immediately volunteered to find someone to take care of my problem...which he did. Not only did he find someone to handle my problem, he was able to get someone to put a new tire on for me. I could not believe that on a busy Saturday morning I was able to get such professional service and a car wash.
