BMW of Columbus is top of the line. Printess who assist me every time if very professional and friendly. I have other vehicles that are not BMW's and difference in the service they provide and the service BMW provide is like day and night. I truly appreciate my BMW dealership.
We bought a userd Audi 2008 A4. Salesman Richard Scheimann was really great. We got there after work and he stayed an hour after closing just to take care of all out paperwork. Straight forward deal and good price.
I drive a hour away from my home to specifically come to this location and the service that I receive every single time is phenomenal. Mark is awesome with advice on my BMW along with the entire staff provide the best customer service while you are in their care. Superior service.
