Prentiss and the staff at the BMW of Columbus were really professional. Everyone said hello and offered amenities/ beverages. I was truly pleased with the service.
Mrs. Sharon was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done to our vehicle. Then she showed me everything that they did during the service time.
The car was not ready that day and I was not notified that day but the next day I was able to pick up a loaner. Sharon was very helpful in writing me up when Prentiss was with another customer.
